Maureen Killeen Hulings is a life long Jersey City resident.  She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Jersey City MUA Board of Directors and previously served as Chairwoman of the Jersey City Incinerator Authority.  She is the Community Liaison of the Jersey City Law Offices of Connell Foley.  Maureen is known throughout Jersey City for her charitable and public service work.  She is the Chairwoman of the Jersey City St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee and serves on the Boards of Hudson County Community College Foundation & Jersey City Fire Foundation. Maureen is also the Executive Director of the 200 Club of Hudson County.
