The Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (“JCMUA”) is soliciting Qualification Statements from qualified financial firms to provide financial advisory services to JCMUA for the period from March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026. All Qualification Statements will be publicly opened and read aloud on February 13, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. in the Conference Room at the offices of JCMUA, 13-15 Linden Ave East, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305.
Respondents will work with JCMUA’s Executive Director and Director of Finance to provide expert financial advisory services. One or more firms may be selected to provide financial advisory services and shall be reimbursed on the basis of hourly rates as stated in the Request for Qualifications for the personnel utilized to complete each task, plus appropriate reimbursements.

Qualification Statements must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Request for Qualifications – Financial Advisory Services” to JCMUA ’s Purchasing Agent no later than 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on February 13, 2025. Qualification Statements will have the date and time stamped upon receipt. Respondent is solely responsible for the timely delivery of the Qualification Statement. Any Qualification Statements received after the date and time specified will be returned unopened to the Respondent, if requested in writing, by the Respondent. NO QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY!
A RESPONDENT MUST AGREE THAT, IF AWARDED A CONTRACT TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES, IT WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 ET SEQ. AND N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 ET SEQ..
